MEDIA CRENDENTIALS • (Download the request form)
All media members must complete and submit the official Huston-Tillotson University Athletics Media Credential Request Form in order to be considered for credentials.
Approved media members must present valid identification at Will Call on game day. Admission will be granted once credentials are verified and cleared by game-day staff.
No individual or organization may record video, take photographs, livestream, or capture any visual media at Huston-Tillotson athletic events without an approved media credential issued by the Sports Information Director. Unauthorized recording or photography is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the venue.

PARKING
Media parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Event-specific parking instructions may be provided when applicable.

INTERVIEWS
All interview requests with Huston-Tillotson coaches, athletic administrators, and student-athletes must be coordinated through the Sports Information Director.
With proper notice, coaches and student-athletes will be made available following the conclusion of the game.
Advance interviews: Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the desired interview time.
Credential requests must be submitted to the Sports Information Director 24–48 hours prior to the specified contest.
Credentials are issued only to current members of the working media.
Completion of the media credentials form does not guarantee approval.
Postgame interviews: Requests must be submitted prior to the conclusion of the contest.
With proper notice, coaches and student-athletes will be made available following the conclusion of the game.
