Lady Rams lose to Texas Wesleyan 85-71

Box Score Lady Rams (0-1) opened the season with a loss against Texas Wesleyan University last night.

The Lady Rams were down 33-40 at halftime and for the 2nd half the Lady Rams were held to (46%) from the field and (28%) beyond the 3pt line and shot (65%) from the free-throw line. Our Rams scored 38 points in the paint and leading scorer Bre'Auna Smith scored 21 points.

The Lady Rams next game will be on Nov. 5th at home (Mary E. Branch Gymnasium) 2pm against University North Texas at Dallas.
